Refund & Return Policy
All products and services are provided by VeraMade LLC (hereinafter "the Company").
1. All Sales and Service Fees Are Final
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our jewelry and the specialized labor involved in our professional offerings, the Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products or services. By completing your purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
2. Product-Specific Terms
Handcrafted Variances: Slight variations in stone color, metal texture, and dimensions are inherent to the artisanal process. These are characteristics of handmade jewelry, not defects, and do not qualify for a return. Hygiene & Safety: All earring sales are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for health and safety reasons, without exception. Custom & Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized, resized, or personalized at the request of the Customer is final sale.
3. Service-Specific Terms
Service Fees: All fees for services—including but not limited to custom design consultations, private workshops, or digital services—are non-refundable once the service has been booked or work has commenced. Cancellations: Fees paid for scheduled services are non-refundable. At the Company’s sole discretion, a one-time rescheduling may be permitted if notice is provided 48 prior to the appointment. Labor Costs: Because services involve non-recoverable time and labor, no refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed service milestones.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
In the rare event that a physical product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, you must contact the Company at [email protected] within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. The Company reserves the right to determine if a defect exists and may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair or replacement.
5. Entire Agreement
For further details on our liability caps and dispute resolution, please refer to the Master Services & User Agreement.
